Powers Resource Center CEO Chosen as a Contributing Writer
for 2nd Edition of Success University for Women Book

Boulder, Colo., September 27, 2016 – Tara Powers, CEO of Powers Resource Center, a Boulder- based employee engagement, talent development and leadership training company, has been chosen as a contributing writer for the 2nd edition of the Success University for Women book.

The first edition, which was published in September 2015, was a critically acclaimed best seller and an inspiration to women everywhere. In the first edition of the title, 24 Powers’ chapter in the 2nd edition is focused on her experience of growing her business from a one-person consultancy to a team of specialists. The model is called the 5Cs and it covers success strategies to help businesses Create Clarity, Design a Communication Blueprint, Promote Creativity, Build Connection and Collaboration, and Evaluate Comprehension.

“I wanted to share my story with other women and talk about how I put the right people in place, created a growth strategy and executed it. It was equal parts exciting and terrifying and it is a lesson that applies to entrepreneurs and women in the corporate world,” said Tara. “It is a huge honor to be part of such a prestigious publication and a privilege to contribute alongside such accomplished women leaders. My hope is that my story will inspire other women in a similar situation.”

The Success University for Women 2nd edition will be released the fall.
