Building Brave Leaders and Courageous Cultures is a 16-hour course designed to help you discover the heart of daring leadership and imperative mindset shifts that are required to live into your values. Based on the research from Dr. Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead best selling leadership book, this course explores the four key skill sets of daring leadership:
• Rumbling with Vulnerability
• Living into Your Values
• Braving Trust
• Learning to Rise
This program is led by a Dare to Lead™ Certified Facilitator and incorporates Dr. Brené Brown’s 20 years of research and exclusive videos. Facilitated activities will encourage you to rumble with vulnerability and learn tools to combat shame and build courageous skill sets. You’ll complete a self-assessment to recognize armored vs. daring leadership traits, identify your most defining values, and learn communication tools that will help you choose courage over comfort in the most difficult situations.
Leaders who successfully complete the full 16-hour Dare to Lead program will receive a certificate of completion and are able to put a Dare to Lead Trained badge on their LinkedIn account.
