The group coaching program is designed for leaders at any experience level aiming to enhance their mindset, productivity, and approach.

Program Includes
Application Process: Leaders must have at least one direct report and can range from new to senior. Executive leaders should consider our Executive Coaching Program.
360 Feedback: Completed before program launch.
Program Launch: Entire coaching cohort attends.
The Highly Engaged Leader Workshop (1/2 day): Recommended in-person or virtual.
Goal Setting: Meeting with the leader and their manager to set coaching goals immediately following ½ day workshop.
Individual Coaching: Five hours of personalized coaching tailored to each leader's needs after a confidential intake.
Mid-Way Progress Check/Time Rehab Workshop (1/2 day): Cohort gathers to review progress and attend the Time Rehab workshop.
Wrap-up Meeting: Meeting with the leader and their manager to discuss progress and key learnings.
Celebration Event: Leaders and manager review behavioral changes and celebrate program completion.

Group Coaching

Our group coaching program for teams uses the Enneagram and Motivational Maps to guide team members to success and self-discovery.
