Program Details

This is a 9-12 month intensive leadership development program. The program will begin with a 360 formal assessment process, and incorporate a blended learning approach that includes videos, webinars and in person sessions, executives as SME’s, roundtable discussions, book reading and leadership coaching. Here are the results you will achieve:

  • Identify leadership behavioral gaps through the use of a 360 tool

 

  • Understand foundational management and leadership skills that support success and how to apply them

 

  • Develop a personal leadership approach that encourages accountability and creates influence with people critical to your success

 

  • Understand how to engage in management behaviors that set the foundation for building team trust and creating open communication and feedback.
  • Establish a strong, supportive coaching relationship with your facilitator, manager and other participants that will open the door to new insights and ways of managing.

 

  • Develop a Leadership Communication Plan that keeps the team informed, proactive and engaged

 

  • Manage change and transition to foster excitement and productivity despite daily uncertainties and unexpected shake ups
