EVERYTHING DiSC® CERTIFICATION PROGRAM LOGISTICS
Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ Certification - $2,495
The training has two parts, the course opens with some pre-work that is online, then about two days later, the live virtual sessions begin. These are 4 sessions, two days a week, and each are 2 hours long. So, it may take 10 business days from open to the end of the last live session.
The Everything DiSC® Certification is structured as a two-week, immersive learning experience that combines self-directed online learning modules with live, virtual facilitation sessions. Participants will need to commit to a total of 20 hours over two weeks (10 hours per week).
Participants will:
Complete five asynchronous learning modules (approximately 3 hours of online coursework per module)
Attend and engage in four live, instructor-led virtual sessions (2 hours each)
Present two application projects and receive valuable feedback (group facilitation and 1:1 coaching)
Take the final Certification Exam to measure understanding of the key Everything DiSC® concepts (a passing score of 80% is required) This is an online, self-directed exam. So, participants can use their study materials as they complete the exam. It is not timed. It usually takes 2-3 hours to complete
Each person registered will be sent an access code to take the Everything DiSC® Catalyst assessment, this will include the Workplace, Management, and Agile EQ assessments all in one. Once all assessment questions are completed, their personal Catalyst platform will open and they will be able to see their results as well as download each profile report.

Tara also provides a complimentary EPIC account set up for the organization, 30 complimentary EPIC credits, and training as well as ongoing support whenever needed once you have completed your EPIC training.
Once certification is completed all assessments you use will be done with an EPIC account (online platform) and EPIC credits. Tara provides a discount to non-profits on EPIC credits and there are also bulk order discounts on EPIC credits.
